My family, there are eight people; my father, mother,
three elder sisters, an elder brother, a younger brother and I. My family lives
at two hamlet, Russey Srok village, Kompong Spean district, Preah Tro Peang province,
Kampucheakrom (South of Vietnam).
My parents were farmers. They worked hard in
the field for looking after all of their children. Nowadays, my father is
sixty-four years old and mother is younger than my father one year. They love
their children very much. My eldest sister was dead, because she had disease
while she was giving a birth of her son. Then, my brother-in-law was married
with second sister of mine, after six years. The second sister of mine takes
care of her elder sister’s son and loved him so much. During, they lived
together and happiness. Return to one more my elder sister. I did not know how
to her face was, because she died when my mother was giving a birth me. So I
never know about her life. “There are eight members in our family”, I only
heard my parents said. Reach to my elder brother. He got married around three
years ago, and had a daughter.
My younger brother and I are students. I, myself finished my
Bachelor’s degree, the Faculty of Economics, Law and Foreign Language, major in English,
at Tra Vinh University (TVU) in South of Vietnam (Kampucheakrom). Nowadays I
continue my education at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Chiang Mai campus
in Chiang Mai province, Thailand. I want to continue Master’s degree in English. But,
when I passed into Thailand, I think that my English is still poor, because of
people and University in Thailand, they learn general subjects and use lots of
Buddhism words in their societies whenever it is very difficult for me, if I
study Master’s degree. By the ways, I must apply for studying in Bachelor’s
degree again in first year coming to Thailand. Sometimes, I can improve my
English and know some kinds of education systems of Thailand. I hope that I
will know more in Thai before I attend to master’s degree in next year. And I
try to learn more Buddhism words from lecturers and friends in University. My
younger brother, he is a student at Tra Vinh University (Vietnam). His field of
study is Khmer Literature Cultural of Southern Vietnam (Kampucheakrom). So at the present time, my family consists of eleven people, adding with one niece and two
nephews of mine.
